About Me...

My work is grounded in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps people find relief from trauma, grief, and distressing life experiences without having to relive them in detail. I am advanced-trained at the Master level in ART, and I find this modality to be both deeply respectful of the nervous system and remarkably effective in creating meaningful, lasting change. A colleague of mine has described ART as a mix of “science and magic” and I could not agree more.

I work with clients who are ready to move beyond insight alone and into integration—people who want relief, clarity, and a momentum shift. I have a heart for miscarriage and infant loss, grief, and complex life transitions, as well as women’s issues including body image, ADHD, and self-compassion. I work best with adults and adolescents ages 12 and up.

While ART is central to my work, I approach therapy with a person-centered, integrative posture, tailoring each session to the individual in front of me. I often incorporate creativity (traditional art sometimes!) and experiential elements. I strive to make sessions feel intentional, grounded, and meaningful. Clients often share that they feel deeply supported and leave with a clearer sense of direction and confidence in how to move forward.
If you’re curious about ART or wondering whether I might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.
I can’t wait to meet you.
