What I do...
I specialize in every day struggles and the "get your gloves up" battles of our lives. My personal journey has included family trauma, the generational devastation of addiction with the redemption of recovery, walking through divorce and trying to figure life out as a single parent. I can wholeheartedly say that I wouldn’t have gotten through any of it alone. And neither should you.

I am a mother, daughter, friend, person in long term recovery, therapist, and someone who tries to live life one day at a time. Struggling with our mental health can feel lonely, overwhelming, and confusing. I know that our coping skills work for us until they don’t. And then we can feel hopeless. But I want you to know that there is hope and healing. Your emotions, thoughts, and feelings can become more manageable. Life will undoubtedly continue to present its difficulties, but through therapy, you can gain the wisdom and inner strength needed to navigate whatever comes your way. Together, let's create a safe and non-judgmental space where we can roll up our sleeves and do the necessary work to find a path towards growth and resilience.
I have a Master of Arts in Counseling from The University of Texas, San Antonio and over 20 years of experience. I'm also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.
