Rapid Resolution
(RRT) is a psychotherapy approach developed by Dr. Jon Connelly that aims to clear trauma, anxiety, and painful emotions in typically 1 to 3 sessions. It works by communicating with the subconscious mind using guided imagery, storytelling, and hypnosis so that individuals can heal without having to painfully relive past events.
A typical RRT session lasts at least 1.5 hours. Rates start at $225/1.5 hours.

Humanistic Therapy

Self-Compassion Therapy
An approach that aims to help those who struggle with shame and self-criticism, often resulting from early experiences of abuse or neglect. CFT teaches clients to cultivate the skills of self-compassion and other-oriented compassion, which are thought to help regulate mood and lead to feelings of safety, self-acceptance, and comfort.

Ancestral Therapy
A holistic approach that examines family history to heal intergenerational trauma, recognize inherited behavioral patterns, and reconnect with cultural roots.

Somatic Experiecing Therapy
Somatic Experiencing (SE) therapy is a body-oriented approach designed to heal trauma and stress by focusing on physical sensations.
It was created by Dr. Peter Levine. It works by helping the nervous system release trapped survival responses like fight, flight, or freeze.
If you are scheduled for SE, wear comfortable clothes and reserve at least 1.5 hours for our session.
